Formula Transactionis Plenipotentiar[orum] Serenissimiae Principessae Branden- burgicae cum Ablegatis Transylvanicis in latinum translate. Si quidem Domini Commissarÿ ex Parte Sacr[æ] Cæsar[eæ] Regiæque M[ajesta]tis ita declara- runt octavum Ar[ticu]lum Diplomatis ut pro effectuatione sit illius Ar[ticu]li quod Serenissima Principissa Brandenburgica cum Ill[ustrissi]mo Prin- cipe Transsylvaniæ medio ablegator[um] eiusdem de contentatione sua con- cluserit. Itaque ad sopiendas odiosas Controversias, et ut sciat Serenissima quoque Principissa, pro certo habeat quid expectare, ut Ill[ustrissi]mo quoque Princeps quid teneatur dare, Nos etc. velut Deputati Serenissimæ Principissæ ad talem condescendimus Conclu- sionem cum Ill[ustrissi]mi d[omi]ni Principis Ablegatis. 1.Ut Princeps res omnes in Munkachio habitas restituat, statim post Diplomatum permutation[em]. Et quia D[omi]nus Princeps p[rae]tendit Prin- cipissa[m] <ipsi> 24 Scyphos Argenteos et quatuor[empty note in SQL-database, JG] Pelves promissæ, si promisit tenetur d[omi]no Principi relinquere et volumus etia[m]. Sed Nos de eo Informationem milla[m] habemus. Si quas res argenteas et aureas ac Clenodia Ill[ustrissi]mus Princeps in Transyl- vania[m] auferri, curasset, de ÿs quoque contentet, vel in Specie Suam Serenitatem, vel in valore, intra terminu[m] persolutionis de- bitorum. 2. De Debitis in Auro et parata pecunia apud Principem habitis, de quibus Principissa Obligatorias habet, de ÿs contentet Principissa[m] D[omi]nus Princeps. Domini Ablegati Principis difficultantes <…> Summam pro Vinez Oppido persolvere, absolute resolverunt se quod Prin- ceps pro eo nihil dabit, cum aut[em] eius relaxatio contra Volun- tatem Principissæ nostra[m] quoque excedat auctorit[a]te[m], rectificent istud mutuo Principissa cum Princip[em]. 3. Pro Fogarasio aut[em] dat Princeps Suæ Serenit[a]tis Septuaginta Millia, si qui- dem Triginta Millia flor[enorum] alÿs inscripsit, ex Bonis eius Sua Serenitas, prout Princeps p[rae]tendit. Pro Munkaczÿ proventibus aut[em], dat Prin- ceps 20. Millia, et sic in Toto 90 Millia, de his aut[em] intra Spacium duodecim Mensium velut plenariè Suam Serenit[a]tem conten- tar<e>, sed Nos pro parte Suae Serenitatis decem Menses postulamus, à die permutationis Diplomatum eo genere Monetæ, quod tempore Depositionis curret in his Regni Hungar[iae] Superior[ibus] partibus, et in eo valore. Locus autem Depositionis pecuniæ <Lelesz> erit, et certifi- care faciat super eo Principissam Mense uno. 4. Quod concernit Negocium Vineæ Hétszeölö, siquidem Nobis de eo a Informatio venit à Principissa, instabimus apud Suam Sertenitatem et det d[omi]no Principi vel Vinea[m] vel p[rae]tium prout defunctus Prin- ceps ad se redemit. 5. Denique inter res mobiles computamus et p[rae]tendinmus Nos à parte Principissae pecora quoque, sed à parte Principis Domini Ablegati denegant, de- clarantes se Pecora <E>odem non intellexisse. Postulata Nostra de hac re ad resolution[em] usque Suæ Serenitatis in Suspenso tene- bimus, cum et secundum DEUM et eius Justiciam Dominus Princeps pluribus teneretur dominæ Principissæ etia[m] in florentiori eius Status.
